Pastor Dave: 

Pastor Dave Moenning is blessed to be married to Debbie, his wife of 23 years.  He is the father of two sons, Andrew (19) and Taylor (16).  He has been an Ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church for 21 years, and has a passion for biblical preaching, leadership, evangelism, ministry coaching and counseling.  Pastor Dave graduated from Florida Southern College with a B.A. degree in 1985, Candler School of Theology at Emory University with a Master’s of Divinity degree in 1988, and Asbury Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry degree in Biblical Preaching and Church Leadership in 2001. Pastor Dave can be reached at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Hugh Stephens:

Hugh Stephens is a native North Carolinian. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. Hugh is a retired Naval Officer. As a Naval Flight Officer he accumulated over 1000 jet flying hours and over 150 carrier landings. He also worked with the DoD Manned Space Flight Support Office during Space Shuttle Development, taught Accounting and Financial Management at the Naval Academy, served as a Catapult and Arresting Gear Officer on the USS Forrestal and was the Department Head at the Water Survival Training Unit at NAS Jacksonville. Since retirement from the Navy, he has worked in Health Care Administration, as a Business and Financial Administrator at Neptune Baptist Church and as an adjunct instructor for FSCJ and Nova University. He and his wife Diane have been married for 40 years.
